I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am at the amount of participation in the ass_carnival so far! I've read every entry (except for a few that were JUST posted under the wire, lol...) and I am floored... FLOORED, people! There is so much wonderful fic and art! I'm so thrilled to be a part of this. There's wonderful stuff from AS/S Pirates old and new, and I'm just over here doing the dance of joy.

I love this ship and I LOVE seeing it grow! Viva la AS/S!

Hey guys! It's Sunday over here in New England. You know what that means: NEW PROMPTS! Prompts for the week 1 of the summer carnival are now NULL and VOID.

With that, we'd like to take the time to introduce a new rule: TAGGING!

When we saw the influx of how many fics we were getting, Cam and I realized that we need to start tagging all this sweet summer stuff! So we're implimenting a tagging system.  Well that was interesting, I was all set to post this, then got a call from a most annoying man.  You know the kind who ask umpteen questions, never taking a breath, not to mention give you a chance to answer before they're asking the next one,  yea one of those kind.  But anyway we suddenly lost power, and I could not assist him any longer.  The power outage only lasted about 60 seconds, but still we did not know how long it would be out.

I still plan on posting later tonight, I've got so many things to talk about I'm trying to cut it down to the Readers's Digest condensed version.  Either that, or the possibiily of trying to put it all in any kind of logic will overcome me, and I'll give up and not post anything.


But, but, but.  I do have fic.  Woohoo.  This was my entry intoawdt, this week.  It was a week late.  (shh don't tell anyone, but it's not Harry/Draco, and neither is this week's going to be Harry/Draco) 

Anyway here it is

The Draco/Hermione category and Draco/Hermione article on Fan History have had a bit of an overhaul. As a consequence, they could really use some Draco/Hermione fans to help edit and continue to improve them. :)

Back in May, Fan History created FanFictionNetBot. As a result, over 110,555 articles were created about Harry Potter fans. It would be really sweet if people could help edit those articles, add ship information for any known Draco/Hermione shippers and then add them to the Draco/Hermione fans category. That category only has 42 articles in it at the moment, with the most popular articles being about Maya, Lorett, Gravidy, Attica and Inell.

The influential fan fiction section could really use some help and expansion by creating articles about individual stories using the story template and then adding Draco/Hermione stories category. (Or if you're an author just looking to promote your work, create an article about your story.)

There are also a number of stub articles about Draco/Hermione LiveJournal communities that could use some one adding more information about them that would not necessarily fit on the main Draco/Hermione article.

Anyone who could help contribute, be it creating new articles, fixing spelling errors, fixing the wiki code, citing sources for information, adding additional information to existing articles, your work would be very much appreciated. :)
